LEGAL RESOURCES FOUNDATION TRUST (LRF)
LRF works to enhance access to justice for the poor, marginalized and disadvantaged in Kenya. LRF will build the capacity of selected grassroots level representatives to monitor compliance of selected Local authorities with Local Authority Transfer Fund Act and Local Authority Service Delivery Action Plan (LASDAP) Guidelines, monitor public participation in prioritization of service delivery choices, delivery of services by the local authorities, effectiveness of dispute resolution mechanisms and undertake public awareness sessions to enhance public participation in the governance al the local level; and advocate for development a national level policy to safeguard and guarantee the right to public participation in the administration of LATF.
